Online | Adults 18+ | All genders
Begin with your story, your hopes, your strengths, and a comfortable working relationship. Sessions are scheduled individually and allow space between meetings for reflection and integration.
90 minutes | $275 USD
In person | Women 45+ | One-to-one
A highly personalized immersive journey designed after a foundation of at least six individual sessions. Only two intensives can be scheduled per year.

Every client begins with a private online session. Learn how trauma therapy works, read the answers to common questions, or send a message if you would like to ask something first.
