Questions Before You Begin
A few helpful details about private sessions, the VIP experience, and booking.
Is this therapy?
Yes. Huda Khreishi is a Licensed Clinical Counselor (CDA, Dubai) and an Advanced Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. Private sessions are online therapy and counseling that draw on trauma-informed, somatic, and integrative approaches. Read about trauma therapy.
Where will my session take place?
All private sessions take place online on Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent to the email address you provide when booking, at least 1 hour before your session begins. If that email address needs to be changed, please reach out to hudahealingsupport@hudahealing.com.
Who are private sessions for?
Private online sessions are available for adults aged 18 and over, of all genders. We begin by considering your circumstances and whether this service is appropriate for you.
How long is a session and what does it cost?
Each private online session is 90 minutes and costs $275 USD. The full fee is paid when you book.
How often would we meet?
Some people choose weekly sessions, while others prefer twice-weekly meetings. We agree on a pace that is appropriate for you.
Will I have to share painful memories right away?
No. Our first conversations are about getting to know you, your experience, and what you hope might change. You are not expected to disclose everything at once.
What happens during an online session?
We meet privately online and work together at a thoughtful pace. Our approach can draw on somatic awareness, reflection, and other integrative methods suited to your needs.
Do I need to follow a spiritual tradition?
No. Your beliefs and preferences are respected. Spiritual reflection is optional, never imposed, and included only if it is meaningful to you.
How is the VIP Intensive different?
The VIP experience is private, in person, and developed individually for women aged 45 or older. At least six online sessions are required before we can consider suitability together.
Do you accept medical insurance?
I do not accept insurance of any kind for sessions outside the UAE. If you hold eligible UAE health insurance, please contact Windsor Medical Center directly about coverage and booking. Otherwise, all sessions are completely self-pay.

If you hold eligible UAE health insurance, contact Windsor Medical Center directly to ask about coverage and booking arrangements. Private website bookings are self-pay.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours notice. Timely cancellations can be refunded or rescheduled. Late cancellations and missed appointments are generally not refundable, with emergencies considered individually.
