Please read this information before booking a private online session.
Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Appointments and payment
Private Integrative Healing Sessions are online, 90 minutes long, and cost $275 USD. Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
At least 24 hours’ notice
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before their scheduled start time may be refunded to the original payment method or rescheduled subject to availability.
Less than 24 hours’ notice
Late cancellations and missed appointments are generally nonrefundable, subject to applicable law and exceptions.
Illness and unexpected emergencies
If an unexpected emergency prevents attendance, please notify Huda Healing as soon as reasonably possible. Exceptions may be considered individually.
If Huda needs to cancel
If a scheduled session cannot be provided, you may choose a new appointment or a full refund for that session.
Late arrival
Sessions may still end at the scheduled time. Extensions cannot be guaranteed.
Insurance
Private Huda Healing appointments are separate from Windsor Medical Center insurance arrangements. Private bookings cannot be converted into insurance appointments after payment.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Consent and Participation Agreement
Nature of services
Huda Healing offers personalized integrative healing experiences intended to support self-awareness, emotional understanding, connection with the body, personal growth, and well-being. Activities may include reflective conversations, somatic awareness, exploration of personal experiences and coping patterns, and individually selected experiential practices. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
Voluntary participation
You may ask questions, express preferences, decline a particular exercise, or request that an activity pause.
Safety and suitability
Huda Healing does not provide emergency or crisis care. Where additional medical, psychiatric, or clinical support is indicated, you may be advised to seek appropriate assessment or care.
Online participation
Participants should join from a private location with a suitable device and internet connection. Online communication may involve technical and privacy risks.
Confidentiality and privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. Confidentiality has limits, including where disclosure is required by law or needed to address serious safety concerns. Sessions are not recorded without appropriate consent.
Communication between sessions
Messages between sessions are for administrative purposes. Email and messaging are not emergency or continuous support channels.
Spirituality
Spiritual exploration is optional and guided by the participant’s beliefs and preferences.
VIP Intensives
VIP experiences require a separate individualized agreement covering the program scope, location, schedule, fees, expenses, physical boundaries, safety arrangements, and cancellation terms.
