Turning Inward
We take time to understand our feelings, beliefs, familiar responses, and the ways we have learned to protect ourselves. This also means recognizing the strengths and resources that have carried us through life.
About Huda
I believe healing begins with understanding the whole person. Our experiences influence how we feel, relate, find meaning, and respond to life. Healing is not only about turning toward what hurts. It is also about staying connected to what restores.
Two Complementary Movements
These two movements are not separate paths. They support one another as we come to understand our inner world and reconnect with the life around us.
We take time to understand our feelings, beliefs, familiar responses, and the ways we have learned to protect ourselves. This also means recognizing the strengths and resources that have carried us through life.
We reconnect with beauty, nature, creativity, relationships, and the experiences that nourish us. These connections can create space for renewed meaning, presence, and appreciation of life.
Meaning and Spirituality
For me, spirituality is about our relationship with the Creator, our search for meaning, and our capacity for trust. Nature and creativity may help us become more receptive to this connection, but they are not the same as spirituality. Each person’s beliefs and wishes are respected, and spiritual exploration is always optional.
